COLUMBIA, SC – Harbert Realty Services out of Birmingham, Alabama and Colliers International have brokered a $3.8 Million sale of the 120,000 square foot AgFirst Farm Credit Building, located at 1401 Hampton Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
The iconic downtown Columbia office building will be redeveloped as apartments with a mixed use component.
James Proctor and Dean Nix of Harbert Realty Services represented the buyer and Tripp Bradley of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
