One of the Birmingham area’s most prominent office properties will now operate under a new name.
Galleria Tower has been rebranded as The Offices at 3000 RiverChase, according to owner Jim Wilson & Associates.
Harbert Realty Services leases the 275,000-square-foot, 14-story office building. Tanner Sumners, Vice President of Transaction Services, is the leasing agent.
The Class A building, which is located in the Riverchase Galleria development, will operate independently as a commercial property now that the Wilson family recently reduced its ownership role in the overall Galleria development to include just the office building.
The building still offers easy access to shopping at the mall and the Hyatt Regency Birmingham–The Wynfrey Hotel.
The Offices at 3000 RiverChase has 20,000-square-foot floor plates and covered parking for over 2,000 vehicles.
JWA is based in Montgomery and has developed and managed a wide array of properties throughout the U.S., including Class A office buildings, hotels, residential communities and millions of square feet of retail space.
