Harbert Realty 4Q Deals Total Nearly $18 Million in Sales & Leasing Transactions and 127,000 Square Feet of Property

An overview of Harbert Realty Services’ 4th Quarter Deals include the following:

Norman Tynes represented the owner, Lemak Prattville Clinic, LLC in the development and leasing of the medical office building currently under construction on Legends Parkway in Prattville, Alabama.  Tenants coming to this MOB include Lemak Sports Medicine and Drayer Physical Therapy.

Mr. Tynes also procured the following deals:
– Represented the owner in the lease of 1,887 sf at The Crescent Building located at 2311 Highland Avenue South in Birmingham.
– Represented the owner in a new lease of 2,800 sf to The Little Gym at Stadium Place shopping center located at 3030 South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville.
– Represented the owner in a new lease of 6,168 sf to DeVine Flooring at 1553 Montgomery Highway in Hoover.

Charlie Norton was successful in procuring the following deals:
– Represented the seller in the sale of 20 acres of land in Calera.
– Represented the buyer in the purchase of a 68,626 sf building located at 1420 Nimitz Avenue in Talladega.
– Represented the tenant, Sushi Village, in leasing 2,400 sf at Lee Branch shopping center in Birmingham.
– Represented the owner in a 2,031 sf lease renewal with Wall Street Deli at Regions Harbert Plaza.
– Represented the owner in an 804 sf new lease with Black & White Photography at Regions Harbert Plaza.

Together, with James Proctor, Mr. Norton represented the seller in the sale of three (3) acres of land on Will McComb Drive in Tanner, Alabama.

James Proctor was successful in procuring the following deals:
– Represented the tenant, Edward Jones Financial in leasing 1,050 sf at 2431 East Glenn Avenue in Auburn.
– Represented the tenant, Next Level Graphics in leasing 3,800 sf at 3560 Lorna Ridge Drive in Hoover.

West Harris was successful in procuring the following deals:
– Represented the owner in leasing a total of 29,796 sf of space at Inverness Center in Birmingham.
– Represented the owner in leasing a total of 6,989 sf of space at Southlake Office Building in Birmingham.
– Represented the owner in leasing a total of 43,458 sf of space at Renasant Place, formerly Park Place Tower in downtown Birmingham.

Tanner Sumners was successful in procuring the following deals:
– Represented the owner in the lease of 20,195 sf of space to Medseek at Riverchase Galleria office tower in Hoover.
– Represented the owner in leasing a total of 4,933 sf of space at Two North Twentieth in downtown Birmingham.
– Represented the owner in the lease of 1,300 sf of space to Sinclair Williams at Southbridge in Birmingham.
