August 17, 2017 – Birmingham, AL – Harbert Realty Services, Cortland Partners and BL Harbert International celebrated the groundbreaking of Vesta Apartment Development Thursday morning at 2173 Highland Avenue South, Birmingham, AL. Speakers included Harbert Senior Vice President Dean Nix, Birmingham City Council member Valerie Abbott, Cortland Partners CEO Steven DeFrancis, and BL Harbert CEO Billy Harbert.
The groundbreaking marks the start to the 17-story, luxury apartment development, which is set to include 318 residential units, rooftop pool, retail and on-site parking deck.
