West Harris, Executive Vice President at Harbert Realty, represented Renansant Asset Management in an expansion deal. The new lease will add an additional 2,463 SF to Renansant’s current office space. Alex Sherrod of Cushman & Wakefield/EGS represented the landlord at Renasant Place, a 278,027-square-foot Class A office building located near Birmingham’s Linn Park. Renasant Asset Management is a division of Renasant Wealth Management. Renasant Bank’s Birmingham headquarters is housed in the building as the anchor tenant.
