Harbert Realty Services and The Dawson Company have partnered to develop a mixed-use project on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola, Florida. The 52-acre property, across from the Navy Federal Credit Union’s expanding Headquarters, is set to become a main street type mixed-use town center community development. The property will include residential uses (apartments and townhomes), commercial areas (retail, restaurants and entertainment), professional office space, and expansive walking trails. The development will fill a large commercial/retail gap in the area for the Navy Federal Employees, existing area residential neighborhoods, and future residents.
