Harbert Realty Services’ Charlie Norton and Casey Howard represented the landlord of Midtown, a mixed-use development near Mississippi State in Starkville, in a deal with Strange Brew. Strange Brew will occupy a ±1,440 SF space off of University Drive.

Strange Brew Coffeehouse is a local and independent coffeehouse located in Starkville, Mississippi. Owned and operated by Mississippi State University alumnus Shane Reed, the shop serves coffee and espresso grown worldwide and roasted in Mississippi. The Midtown shop will be Strange Brew’s second location.
