Charlie Norton, Leasing and Brokerage Associate at Harbert Realty Services, acted as tenant representative for Forge, a co-working space located on the mezzanine level above the Pizitz Food Hall. It’s a collaborative workspace concept that offers members space to conduct business.
Kim Lee, CEO and founder of Forge, said they plan to expand by approximately 3,000 square feet in the mezzanine level of Pizitz located above the food hall. Lee said they recently added four new offices. She said the expansion should take about four to six weeks to install 16 new desks.
