Harbert Realty Services represented PMAT Real Estate Investments in the purchase of Homewood Commons Shopping Center, a 168,000 square foot power center in Homewood (Birmingham), AL, anchored by Restaurant Depot, Dirt Cheap, and Planet Fitness. The center is located in a busy retail node including Walmart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Hobby Lobby. This acquisition is the twelfth shopping center that PMAT has transacted on in the last year for a total transaction volume of over $200,000,000.
