Harbert Realty Services Wins Listing for Second Tallest Office Building in Mobile

Harbert Realty Services (“HRS”) has been selected as Exclusive Marketing Advisor for the sale of the Amsouth Bank Building in downtown Mobile, Alabama. HRS will bring its investment sale expertise and its knowledge of both Mobile and the value-added investor market to the assignment. HRS’s George McKenney and Rich Krepak are the Marketing Agents and Advisors for this project.

This building was formerly known as the First National Bank Building and plays a prominent role in the Mobile office market and skyline. The building offers great views of Mobile Bay and is located in the heart of the central business district. One of the principal features is the 28,000 square feet of street level retail space.
