Wine Bar Makes Move to Better Serve Clientele

The Wine Loft Wine Bar in Mountain Brook is relocating to the exclusive retail development, The Summit, in order to better serve its clientele. The Wine Loft will reopen its doors in August, at the new location, where it will rub shoulders with such fine retailers as Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, Pottery Barn, Bose, and Anthropologie. "The Summit's phased expansion along with the new tenant neighbors was simply a better fit for The Wine Loft concept," said Wine Loft CEO, Jason Doyle.

The wine bar is currently based in the Cahaba Village development, also located off Highway 280, but decided to close its doors to take advantage of the relocation offer presented by its landlord. Doyle said, "We appreciate Bayer Properties being proactive with their suggestion to move The Wine Loft's upscale offering to an area with more synergistic tenants. Their effort in coordination with our representative, Harbert Realty Services, has made this a seamless process."
