Harbert Realty Services Participates in Dollar General Growth

Harbert Realty Services' Corporate Services Group (HRS) has signed a lease with, and has started construction on a new store for Dollar General Corporation. The new Appalachia, VA store represents HRS' initial project as a "preferred developer" for Dollar General. HRS has broken ground on the site and will deliver a new 9,100 square foot store to Dollar General in September. HRS is currently working to identify new and relocation store sites in multiple markets and has recently been assigned an expanded territory.
