HRS Signs Tim’s Wine Market for Its Solary Development

TIM’S WINE OPENS SIXTH STORE IN THE HEART OF OVIEDO, FL

Oviedo, FL – Tim's Wine Market joins Mitchell Wade Salon as a tenant in Harbert Realty Services' The Solary retail center at the intersection of SR 419 and Lockwood Blvd. Tim's signed a seven year lease for approximately 1,400 square feet on the first floor of the new 16,000sf retail development in the heart of Oviedo and was represented by Trish Walden of Sperry Van Ness. Tim's Wine Market operates on a very simple model: provide service, selection and value. The old fashioned, customer oriented attitude has allowed Tim's to be the number one choice for Florida wine consumers that want the unbiased opinions of a local expert. Tim's prefers personal interaction with its customers to help them select the best wine for every budget and taste. They are expected to open in early April.

Interest in the retail center has increased in recent weeks, according to Wendy Krepak, SVP with Harbert Realty Services, who is leasing the center. There are ongoing discussions with several exciting retailers interested in the center. Tim's, Mitchell Wade and other interested concepts have been attracted to The Solary's location on SR 419 due to its proximity to premium residential areas as well as its exposure to some of the areas highest traffic counts.
