HRS Signs New Tenant for Chace Landing Retail Center

RED MANGO JOINS SOUTHERNLINC AND FIVE GUYS BURGERS & FRIES

Birmingham, Ala. – The all-natural yogurt and smoothie concept, Red Mango, joins SouthernLINC and Five Guys Burgers & Fries as a tenant in Harbert Realty Services' Chace Landing retail center on U.S Hwy 31 in the Riverchase area of Hoover, AL. The new store of approximately 2,000 square feet represents Red Mango's first Alabama location, owned by a local franchisee. The store is expected to open during the late Summer of 2010 and will be the first of three planned for the Birmingham market. Red Mango currently operates 60 locations nation wide and is an aggressive expansion mode.
