HRS to Provide Leasing and Management Services for Midtown Center

Birmingham, Ala. – Harbert Realty Services recently won the leasing and management assignment for the Midtown Center in Birmingham's Central Business District. The Midtown Center is located at 1800 First Avenue South and encompasses 129,000 square feet. Built in 1906 as the Wimberly & Thomas Hardware Company Warehouse, the building has been converted to accommodate office tenants. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
