HRS Provides Construction Management for Renovation of Mobile Shopping Center

Birmingham, Ala. – Harbert Realty Services (HRS) recently provided Construction Management services for the renovation of Spring Hill Village, a 111,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center in the Spring Hill section of Mobile, AL. The shopping center owner hired HRS to oversee the exterior renovation to include upgrading signage and electrical components, repainting, repaving of surface lots, relandscaping and a complete environmental assessment of the project. HRS managed and provided coordination of architectural services, selection of contractors and subcontractors as well as oversight of the financing and funding of the project. The project was completed with no disruption of regular activities in the center, which remains 100% leased.
