Troy, AL – July 29, 2016 – Harbert Realty Services (HRS) is proud to announce that Panda Express is joining the Publix anchored Park Place Shopping Center development in Troy, Alabama. Panda will be occupying a 0.71 acre outparcel at the development and will have a 2,600 square foot restaurant building.
The Troy restaurant marks the second location that Harbert has placed for Panda Express. Harbert also helped bring Panda Express to Enterprise, Alabama at the Park Place Enterprise development. “We are very pleased to have Panda Express again, as one of our front door outparcels in Troy,” said Bill Ware, Vice President of Development at HRS, “and we know they will be every bit as successful as they are in our Enterprise shopping center.“
