James Proctor and Dean Nix of Harbert Realty Services represented the buyer, Heritage Land & Development and Tripp Bradley with Colliers International in Columbia represented the Seller in the $3.8 million sale of the former AgFirst Farm Credit headquarters in Columbia, SC. The 129,000 square foot, iconic, downtown office building will be redeveloped as luxury apartments with a mixed use component. Harbert Realty Services represents Heritage Land & Development nationally and are actively looking for development opportunities in various states.

James Proctor also represented Jimmy Johns Sandwiches for the leasing of 1,600 sf at The Crossings at Hoover in Hoover, AL.
