&lt;p&gt;Interest in the retail center has increased in recent weeks, according to Parrish Taylor, VP with Harbert Realty Services. There are ongoing discussions with several retailers and restaurant brands interested in the center. SouthernLINC and other interested concepts have been attracted to Chace
Landing's location on US Hwy 31 in Riverchase due to its proximity to premium residential areas and Class A office buildings as well as its prominent position at a lighted intersection on US 31 which has some of the areas highest traffic counts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The first tenant in the development will be Harbert Realty&amp;#x2019;s Orlando team.  The two story building, located in one of Orlando&amp;#x2019;s fastest growing suburbs, offers five bays of retail space.
