HRS Signs SouthernLINC for Chace Landing Retail Center

SouthernLINC is relocating its Pelham store to the center and has executed a lease of approximately 1,700 square feet. The store is expected to open during the first quarter of 2010. SouthernLINC was represented by Brad Jones, of Graham & Co. Interest in the retail center has increased in recent weeks, according to Parrish Taylor, VP with Harbert Realty Services. There are ongoing discussions with several retailers and restaurant brands interested in the center.
