Harbert Realty’s Florida Development is Ready for Immediate Occupancy

Birmingham, Ala. - Harbert Realty Services is pleased to announce that The Solary, a 16,000sf mixed use development in Oviedo, FL, is ready for occupancy. Harbert’s Development team will begin delivering space to tenants this month.

The first tenant in the development will be Harbert Realty’s Orlando team. The two story building, located in one of Orlando’s fastest growing suburbs, offers five bays of retail space. Additionally, office space is available which can accommodate tenants as large as 8,000 sf.

Harbert’s Wendy Krepak is managing the leasing process and should be contacted for additional details. Phase II of The Solary complex is slated for possible development as early as next year. Krepak says, “Oviedo’s newest project, The Solary, is named after Solary’s Warf, an area on the south shore of Lake Jesup settled in 1875.
