A trendy women’s fashion retailer plans to open its flagship Florida location in Winter Park’s high-end shopping district Park Avenue as part of a Sunshine State expansion.
Edina, Minnesota-based Evereve will open its 3,193-square-foot store at 400 S. Park Ave. in July. It will take up part of the 9,113-square-foot space that previously housed Gap, which shuttered in January 2020. Some of the former Gap space also houses a Tempur-Pedic and there’s another 2,000 square feet still available.
Damien Madsen, senior vice president and managing director of Birmingham, Alabama-based Harbert Realty Services Inc, and Shayna Hansen, director of the Florida region for Lincoln Property Co., represented the landlord in the Evereve deal.
“Evereve will bring a new vibrancy to Park Avenue,” Madsen said.
The store sells casual clothing from dresses to rompers and dusters, as well as shoes and accessories such as jewelry, handbags, belts, socks, masks, hats, scarves and eyewear. The numerous brands include Norma Kamali, New Balance, Marc Fisher, Kenneth Cole, Dolce Vita, Birkenstock, Anorak and more.
It’s the latest retailer to open in the upscale Park Avenue shopping district.
