Encore Rouge, a beloved local restaurant specializing in Southern and Cajun-inspired comfort food, has announce its relocation to the Two North Twentieth Building, an ideally located office tower positioned between downtown and UAB. The restaurant has leased a ±3,200-square-foot ground-floor space, marking a significant move from its current Southside location.
This relocation is a pivotal moment for Encore Rouge, offering the opportunity for increased visibility and easier accessibility for downtown patrons. The larger space will also allow the restaurant to better accommodate its expanding customer base.
Since its opening, Encore Rouge has become a destination for locals and visitors alike, celebrated for its bold flavors and creative dishes. The menu features a variety of popular items, including Bourbon Street Shrimp, Bayou Burgers, Mom’s Famous Chicken Salad, and signature pasta dishes.
“We are thrilled to welcome Encore Rouge to 2 North 20th Street,” said Casey Howard, Executive Vice President/Broker for Harbert Retail. “They bring incredible energy to Birmingham’s restaurant scene, and we’re proud to be a part of their continued growth and success.”
Tika Ramchandani and Meredith Calhoun with Tessa Commercial represented the tenant and Casey Howard and Tanner Sumners with Harbert Retail represented the landlord.
