Harbert Retail’s VP Casey Howard represented the landlord of 3800 3rd Avenue, Birmingham, AL, in a ±4,300 SF deal with Gracie Bara, a jiu-jitsu training studio. Gracie Barra is a worldwide community of Jiu-Jitsu instructors, students and athletes with over 700 schools in six continents. Lyndsy Yim with Retail Specialists represented tenant. This will be Gracie Bara’s fourth Birmingham location.
