A Topping Out Ceremony was held June 6th at Artisan Flats, a 120-unit luxury multifamily development in lakeview. CBI Construction Services hoisted the last roof trusses to the top of the building after sharing some food and fellowship with the entire team. These trusses are a unique part of the story of this project as they are reclaimed from one of the buildings that was demolished on the lot that Artisan Flats now occupies. The oldest structure on this property was originally constructed in the early 1900’s, and now a part of that building will live on as the roof top terrace for future tenants of Artisan Flats!
