ORLANDO, Florida. – December 1, 2023 – Birmingham, Alabama-based commercial real estate firm Harbert Realty Services (Harbert), one of the largest privately held, full-service commercial real estate firms in the Southeast, announced today that it has named Darryl Dotherow as Senior Advisor of its Orlando, Florida, office.
Darryl has been in commercial real estate in Orlando since 1999. He was previously a top producer at Realty Capital Advisors and Jamison Commercial, two of Orlando’s most well-known boutique firms. Darryl is an expert in evaluating land and commercial office/industrial properties and considered a technical expert in the field. He represents owners and occupiers, with a focus on property sales, primarily owner/user properties. Not only does he have a long history of transactions in the market, but he’s also well-known for his analytical skill and understanding of property valuation. His skill set and relationships will add another dimension to the fast- growing Harbert Realty Services of Florida team.

Darryl brings a wide-ranging network of owners, occupiers, and market participants with him to help drive Harbert’s growth and brand awareness in Central Florida. Harbert re-entered the Orlando market in 2017 and has had a Central Florida presence dating back to the 1960s. Darryl will join a skilled team of Central Florida real estate experts led by Damien Madsen and Josh Smith stationed in their Winter Park office on Park Avenue.
