Dunkin’ continues its successful growth as it expand its footprint throughout the Birmingham metro area after adding another location at the newly proposed retail development near Hwy 17 and Helena Rd.
Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Dunkin’ franchisee, Bluemont Group, on their 6th Alabama location as they leased endcap space with a drive-through. The Helena retail development is expected to be a total of +/-11,000sf, opening early 2022 and sits next to the newly proposed Chick-Fil-A, Heartland Dental and AT&T.

The new Dunkin’ location will feature the brand’s new Next Gen modern design and in-store innovations, a drive-thru and mobile pickup area available for app orders, and a digital order status board enabling order tracking.
