Harbert Realty Services acted as advisor to the purchaser of the Lypar Building in Winter Park, a ±7,338 square foot building located at the prominent corner of South Park Avenue and Lyman Avenue. The purchase closed in March and Harbert has been selected as the leasing and management provider for the building. Current tenants at the site include Kendall and Kendall Hair Color Studio, Loving Thyself Rocks, The Impeccable Pig, Southern Tide, and soon to open Bricks and Bowls al fresco Restaurant.
