Oncentive, an accounting firm that focusses on incentive and recovery tax programs, leased 9,400 SF at 2127 1st Avenue North office building. Harbert Realty Services’ Casey Howard represented the landlord and John Tally represented the tenant. The deal was awarded Top Office Lease Deal for Q4 2021 by Costar. The deal will place Oncentive in the building for the next 7 years.
