(HRS) of Birmingham, Alabama has been awarded the Leasing & Management assignment of the 536,821 square foot Class A office development, The Urban Center at Liberty Park. The new owners of the state-of-the-art office development, PZ UC Building Owner, LLC closed on the property last week. The Urban Center is located just southeast of Birmingham off I-459.
The Urban Center encompasses approximately 22 acres of land and is part of the Liberty Park master planned community.
