Harbert Realty Services Lacey Scott and Norman Tynes represented the seller of a prime Tuscaloosa redevelopment site in a sale transaction to Progress Bank. Located at 2915 12th Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401, the site consists of a ±6,300 SF building on 0.63 acres of land and is ideally positioned between Lurleen B Wallace Blvd North and South, heading into the city center.
Progress Bank is expanding its operations into the Tuscaloosa market with a new office location at the site. “With the expansion of Progress Financial Services in Tuscaloosa earlier this year, we have been anxiously awaiting the right time to add our banking services in the area and are excited to be moving forward,” said Progress President and CEO David Nast to the Birmingham Business Journal. The bank said in a news release it will operate from a temporary location at the Tuscaloosa Galleria until construction of its permanent office at 2529 12th St. is complete in 2022. Learn more.
