Buffy Gillette, representing the Landlord, SugarOak, recently completed a lease totaling 16,872 square feet for Mattamy Homes – Orlando at 2450 Maitland Center Parkway. Mattamy Homes is one of the largest privately owned Home Builders in North America. Mattamy Homes will occupy the full third floor, which will house their customer showroom and sales training center. This deal comes in perfect timing as the Landlord just completed exterior upgrades and will soon begin renovating the interior with high-end finishes and design.
