Harbert Realty Services’ Executive Vice President West Harris, CCIM, represented the landlord of 31 Inverness Center in a lease deal bringing Bassmaster to the Office Park. Bassmaster will occupy all 15,872 SF of the top floor of the building. Emily Byrd of Corporate Realty Associates represented Bassmaster in their relocation effort.
B.A.S.S., LLC, which operates the industry leading Bassmaster tournament leagues, events and media platforms, is the worldwide authority on bass fishing and keeper of the culture of the sport. Headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., the 500,000-member organization’s fully integrated media platforms include its website (Bassmaster.com), live TV programming on Fox Sports (FS1), industry leading magazines (Bassmaster and B.A.S.S.
