Harbert Realty Services’ Lacey Scott and Norman Tynes represented the landlord of Cahaba Station, a new retail center located in Liberty Park, in a 1,700 SF deal bringing EW Motion Therapy to the center. EW Motion Therapy specializes in physical therapy, pilates and yoga, pre- and post-operative therapy, neurological recovery, and more. This will be their 6th location with other locations in Homewood, Hoover, Meadowbrook/280, Trussville and Tuscaloosa.
Other occupants at Cahaba Station include Stone Building Company, Snapper Grabber’s Land and Sea, Community Bank, Meta Fitness, Magic City Eyecare and Cahaba Concierge Medicine. Up to 3,800 SF remain available at the center.
