Harbert Realty Services’ Lacey Scott and Norman Tynes represented the landlord of Cahaba Station, a new retail center located in Liberty Park, in a 2,998 SF deal bringing Meta Fitness to the center. Meta fitness offers a wide range of fitness options including personal training, weight loss, muscle gain, nutritional guidance and sport conditioning. This will be the second location for Meta Fitness. Alex McCauley with Retail Specialists represented the tenant.
Other tenants at Cahaba Station include Stone Building Company, Snapper Grabber’s Land and Sea, Community Bank, Magic City Eyecare and Cahaba Concierge Medicine. Up to 3,800 SF remain available at the center.
