Harbert Realty Services’ Norman Tynes and Charlie Norton represented the ownership of The Urban Center at Liberty Park in securing three new key tenants at the office campus. Jemison Metals signed a long-term lease for ±11,412 SF in 1000 Urban Center, making the move from the 280/459 submarket to a quieter, more scenic destination with less traffic. Meredith Calhoun with TESSA Commercial Real Estate and Sam Carroll with Graham & Company represented Jemison Metals in the deal.

Additionally, Southern Aviation signed a lease for ±3,352 SF in the 1000 building at the campus. Cornerstone Coaching has also signed a lease for ±1,942 SF in 1400 Urban Center.
