The property is located at 100 Village Street directly off Hugh Daniel Drive and Highway 280 in the Greystone area of Hoover. Ingram Tynes with Tynes Development represented the buyer. The seller, Rime, Inc., founded by Harold Ripps, was represented by Walter Brown with Graham and Company. Harbert Realty Services provided acquisition due diligence and negotiated the Hunt Real Estate Capital lease. Harbert will continue to lease and manage the property on behalf of the owner. Approximately 5,500 square feet of class A office space remains available for lease at the property.
The property features two separate office buildings and a parking garage. Hunt Real Estate Capital, LLC will be occupying approximately 6,600 square feet in the building. Hunt Real Estate Capital, a privately owned company, finances multifamily and commercial real estate nationwide, offering a wide range of commercial real estate loans and proprietary loan products. The firm specializes in multifamily and commercial property loans, affordable housing finance loans, seniors housing and healthcare facility loans, and manufactured housing loans.
