Harbert Realty’s John Tally and Charlie Norton represented the building seller of 2118 7th Avenue South to the owners of Craft’s on Church Street, a well known chicken and sandwich restaurant currently located on Church Street in Crestline Village. The new 7th Avenue restaurant will be Craft’s second location and will offer the same menu options as the successful Church Street site. The new location is in a high traffic area adjacent to the Waites within close walking distance to UAB. Craft’s on 7th Avenue is set to open February 21st.
