Local investor JLR LLC recently purchased the Land Title Building at 600 20th St. North.
Casey Howard of Harbert Realty Services represented the buyer, JLR LLC, in a 1031 exchange purchase. Harbert Realty will now be the leasing agent for the property. Southpace Properties’ Steve Mordecai represented the Seller, Smith Commercial Investments LLC.
