Harbert Retail VP Casey Howard represented the buyer, Gardendale Development Group, LLC, in the purchase of 2100 Columbiana Road, Vestavia Hills, AL. Sale price was $3.55M. Brooks Corr and Bill Clements represented the Seller, JMG Partners, LLC.
Howard stated, “This asset was an attractive long-term investment for our Buyer as both the length of term left on the lease was substantial and the credit strength of the tenant was strong. Print Promotions Group LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encompass Health Corporation (NYSE: EHC), a $7.5 Billion NYSE-listed corporation. PPG has also just recently invested over $1M in the property. National credit-backed NNN medical investments have increased in demand since the beginning of Covid as buyers and lenders have seen these assets maintain steady returns.”
