Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Dunkin’ franchisee in a deal bringing the shop to 2111 Moody Pkwy, Moody, AL. The new location, a 1.12 acre site that formerly housed Burger King, is just 25 minutes east of Birmingham CBD and is situated near Publix, Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, The Outlet Shops of Grand River, and Barber Motorsports Park and is just 0.5 miles north of I-20.
