HarbertRetail’s Casey Howard, MBA, PMP, represented the tenant, Eterna Pizzeria & Caffe, on their first Alabama location, a 6,700sf space in Printer’s Corner, an Orchestra Partners development in Downtown Birmingham’s Parkside District, near Red Mountain Theatre , University of Alabama at Birmingham, Railroad Park, and Regions Ballpark.
Mehmet Ozbey, Eterna owner, stated “We bring to your table a flavorful journey to the cultural experience of true Neapolitan pizza and cuisine, cooked in our wood-fired ovens. Eterna will feel like a little corner of Italy. The pizzerias feature long community tables, Italian music and European soccer on TV.”
