Harbert Retail’s team successfully represented both the landlord and tenant in a deal that brings Guthrie’s Chicken to the former Hwy 55 location in Muscle Shoals, AL. This 2,989 SF freestanding drive-thru, strategically positioned on Woodward Avenue, boasts excellent visibility and signage. It’s poised to be a prime spot for Guthrie’s, benefiting from its proximity to a variety of retail establishments along a high-traffic corridor. The Harbert Retail team also recently secured leases for two other former Hwy 55 locations in Gallatin and Fayetteville, Tennessee, with Taco Bell and Wendy’s, respectively.
