Harbert Retail’s Vice President Casey Howard represented the landlord of the Markle Reed Retail Center in leasing the last remaining space in a ±1,200 SF deal with NeedCo Cabinet Company. The cabinet company will be relocating from Downtown Homewood to the Edgewood center, which is now 100% leased.
Founded in 2000, NeedCo Cabinet Company is family-owned and operated custom cabinet company that specializes in the design and creation of exclusive high-quality cabinetry serving Homewood, Hoover, Over the Mountain Area and all of the Birmingham Metro Area, as well as Tuscaloosa and North Alabama.
Harbert provides both leasing and management services for the Markle Reed Retail Center. The center is also home to: Elude Nail Spa, Bella Bridesmaids, Birmingham Direct Primary Care, Big Spoon Creamery, Dear Prudence, and Escape Day Spa.
