Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard represented Southern Immediate Urgent Care (SIC) in the Absolute NNN Sale-Leaseback of their stand-alone clinic at 1575 Montgomery Highway in Hoover, Alabama. Texas-based REIT, NADG NNN ACQUISITIONS INC., was the purchaser. “SIC is a valued client and we are thrilled to help grow their footprint,” stated Howard. “The sale-leaseback provides SIC with flexibility to continue further growth opportunities.”
Howard also represented SIC in the purchase of this property in January as well as the lease of an additional new location in Chelsea, Alabama, earlier this year. The Hoover location is Southern Immediate Urgent Care’s 5th location in the State of Alabama. The building is ±6,218 SF and offers prime visibility at a signalized intersection along Highway 31, one of the busiest retail/medical corridors in the Birmingham metro area.
