Harbert Retail is pleased to announce a new lease deal with The Chaat Room, an Indian-fusion restaurant, at The Village at Brocks Gap. This lease brings the high-end lifestyle center to 100% occupancy.
The Chaat Room will occupy a ±2,800-square-foot space at 1021 Brocks Gap Parkway, Suite 151, in Hoover. The deal was brokered by Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott, who represented the landlord.
The Village at Brocks Gap is a key retail destination within Hoover’s thriving Trace Crossings community. The center is located within walking distance of the Hoover Met Complex, which attracts 899,000 visitors annually. It also serves a strong local community, with over 4,500 students from Hoover High, Bumpus Middle, and Trace Crossings Elementary schools located within a 1.5-mile radius.
The Chaat Room joins a diverse and popular tenant mix that includes Tre Luna, Biscuit Belly, Trak Shak, Moe’s BBQ, Phil Sandoval’s Tex/Mex, Burn Boot Camp, Santos Coffee, and Cookie Fix.
