Harbert Retail has been selected to lease and manage Eastwood Village, a 130,056 SF retail center located at 1632 Montclair Road in Birmingham with major tenants including Ross, Starbuck’s, Five Below, Michael’s, Party City and more.
Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott will lead the leasing efforts at the center, which is 96% occupied. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to provide strong leasing and management services for our client on their recent purchase of the Eastwood Village Retail Center.
