Harvest Apartment Management, the multi-family division of Harbert Realty Services, LLC, has been awarded the Leasing & Management assignment of the 6-story mixed-use, Ideal Building Lofts located at 111 19th Street N. in Downtown Birmingham. The new owners, Lemak Prattville Clinic, LLC, an entity owned by Matthew Lemak and Dr. Lawrence Lemak, closed on the property last week.
