Two deals involving Harbert Realty Services were named as the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top Commercial Real Estate Deals of the Year.
The Historic Federal Reserve rehabilitation was selected as one of the BBJ’s top deals this year. The building’s historic significance and the project’s success in bringing key tenants to this unique office space (Urban Cookhouse, Markstein, Graham and Company, and Hand Arendall) made it an easy choice for this prestigious list.
Balch & Bingham’s lease renewal at Regions Harbert Plaza also topped the list. Brokered by Harbert Realty and Colliers International, the deal was one of the largest lease renewals in Birmingham this year.
