Harbert Realty Services has acquired Harris Tynes Realty Group, combining the expertise and the portfolios of the two Birmingham commercial real estate firms.
The merger follows nearly six months of talks between two of the most respected companies in the industry in the state.
“We have a combined firm to be more of a force in the state and particularly in Birmingham,” said David Williams, chief operating officer of Harbert Realty.
