Birmingham, AL – July 21, 2017 – Harbert Realty Services acted as exclusive Owner representative in the selling of a centrally located Southside building at 1128 22nd Street, Birmingham, AL 35205. Harbert’s Senior Vice President Dean Nix and Vice President of Development Bill Ware represented the Seller. The 2-story brick building, ± 11,500 square feet of office space, opened in the mid 40’s as part of the Baptist School of Nursing. It was later renovated and served as offices for Cardiovascular Associates, L. Kianoff & Associates, and Warren Averett Technology Group.
